Nazgol Ansarinia


Nazgol Ansarinia was born in Tehran in 1979. She is a graphic designer, painter, video artist and sculptor. Her artistic practice relates everyday objects and events to the contemporary Iranian experience.

Her research interests include critical theory, Persian carpets, American security policy, and the fault lines between domesticity and the built environment. Her work traces the physicality and materiality of the life and experiences of owners and residents.

Nazgol Ansarinia´s work at Factum Arte has been exhibited at:
