Cornelia Parker


Cornelia Parker studied art at Gloucester College of Art and at Reading University. Parker works in a variety of mediums and is well known for her large-scale site-specific installations exploring the fragility of existence and the transformation of matter such as Dark Matter, a reconstruction of an exploded army shed.

Parker has collaborated with many institutions such as HM Customs & Excise, Royal Armouries, Madame Tussauds and Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
