Dillwyn Smith studied painting at Canterbury College of Art and at the Royal College of Art, where he won the prestigious Barclays Award. The artists is interested in the different manifestations of human energy and sensitivity, a topic which he has explored in many of his paintings, drawings and installations. He has had many solo exhibitions in the United Kingdom and abroad.
