In 2015 Factum Arte started a collaboration with the gallery Machado-Muñoz and artist Alvaro Catalán de Ocón for the production of a series of new light sculptures realized for his solo exhibition "Double Game". The exhibition run from the 1st till the 16th October 2015 at Machado-Muñoz Gallery which is the first space in Madrid dedicated to contemporary design and furniture.

Alvaro Catalán de Ocón's take on design is based on a highly sophisticated vision of what makes an object special. His designs are clean and elemental, but rich in experience and associations. The easy and relaxed look of his creations is achieved through an intensive process of study and reduction. His group of light sculptures is based on perfect pyramids, spheres, and cubes made from transparent acrylic with some faces polished and others matt. When illuminated, the reflected light produces an intriguing play on full and empty spaces, and on light and shadow. The plinth is an integral part of the sculpture - it is not a presentation device.
